CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy/Technique) is a type of talk therapy/technique to help manage past and/or current issues by changing the way you think and behave, focusing on the present and developing coping skills.

REBT (Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy/Technique) is a form of CBT that focuses on identifying and changing irrational thoughts and beliefs that lead to negative self image or behaviors.

I offer non-traditional and traditional approaches to those wanting to start their journey of recovery. I also offer outreach harm reduction services and education.

Insurance does NOT cover life coaching services as of now. Self pay only. Can accept HSA/FSA as payment.

Initial Assessment- 90 minutes. Flat rate of $150 USD

Weekly or Individual Sessions- 60 minutes. Flat rate of $100 USD

I do offer a sliding scale for low income, so please ask if you qualify!
